Refund Policy — The Womens Journey (TWJ)

At The Women's Journey, we always strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.
However, if due to any mistake, you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered), we offer a return and refund option under the conditions below.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted if the wrong item is delivered.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or invoice) must be provided.


Not Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted if the correct product was delivered.
  • Exchange requests are not available at this time.
  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery) will not be eligible for return.

2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.


3. Once your request is verified, we’ll provide you with return instructions.


4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll process your refund.

 

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
